About Us

We are a non-profit organisation for Deaf and hard of hearing young Australians up to 35 years old.

Our vision and mission statement is a reflection of what we aim to achieve for young Deaf and hard of hearing Australians.

This is an overview of what our plans are currently for DYA’s future.

We have six areas that we are currently focusing on:

  • For and by young Deaf people
  • Empowerment
  • Connect
  • Inclusion
  • Recognition
  • Authenticity
